Biography	I am an Eagle Scout, an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 356, a Committee Member for Crew 247, and the Commissioner for Eagle Flight Week.  I currently work as a Internal Audit Data Analyst at the Xerox Corporation and as an Instructor in the Education Department of the Rochester Museum & Science Center (RMSC).  I am also a New York State Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
Why I am qualified to teach First Aid*	I am a New York State Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and am a member of the Massasauga Search and Rescue Team.
Prerequisites for this Activity	The following requirements are prerequisites for the First Aid Merit Badge: 1. Satisfy your counselor that you have current knowledge of all first-aid requirements for Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class ranks.  Please bring your scout book to the merit badge session with the first aid requirements signed off. 2.d. Prepare a first-aid kit for your home. Display and discuss its contents with your counselor.  Please bring your First Aid Kit to the merit badge session.  Tips on what to include in your First Aid Kit can be found in the scout book and in the First Aid Merit Badge Handbook.
